由于近期西班牙驻北京总领馆调整了体检报告的要求，传闻说是需要公证和双认证。
过去北京领馆本身有一份体检医院名单。但如果按该名单体检，对于大部分学生来说比较麻烦，原因是名单上医院少且很多已不再做西班牙体检。
那么调整后，是否更新了体检医院名单？又是否需要体检报告双认证呢？
西班牙留学世界为此专门咨询北京领馆处，得到官方邮件回复如下：

We inform you that as a general rule， for a document issued in the P.R. China to be valid before a Spanish body， it must be notarized before a Chinese notary and subsequently legalized by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the corresponding Spanish Consulate General in China. for this order.
For the formalization process before a Chinese notary， the interested party （or a person duly authorized by the interested party） must go to the notary （in Chinese， 公证处） that corresponds according to the place of issuance of the desired document. protocolize The notary will prepare a notarial deed （in Chinese， 公证书） from the document with a photocopy of it and incorporating a translation into Spanish （therefore， the subsequent translation of the documents is not necessary）.
For the double legalization process （in Chinese， 双认证） the interested party （or a person duly authorized by the interested party） must present and collect the documents at the authorized agencies in Beijing by the Department of Legalizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China， or in the Foreign Affairs Offices of the People＇s Government of each province （in Chinese： 省级人民政府外事办公室）.
Therefore， both the delivery and the collection of the document once legalized are carried out at the authorized agency in Beijing or at the provincial Foreign Affairs Office， so that the interested party does not need to contact or come to the Spanish Consulate at any time.
On the other hand， this Consulate General does not admit the presentation and collection directly by individuals of documents to legalize.
